The EXERCISE-N-PLAY online tool, including its underlying Intelligence Engine, visual layout, and educational methodology, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Abacus Olympic Association. Access to this platform is strictly licensed, not sold.

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the EXERCISE-N-PLAY tool, all users (including trainers, coaches, parents, and students) explicitly agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Absolute Ownership of Intellectual Property

All materials contained within this platform are protected under the Copyright Act, Information Technology laws, and international Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) treaties. This protection comprehensively covers, but is not limited to:

• Design & Layout (UI/UX): The unique "Grid Design," visual arrangement, color schemes, interface sequences, and spatial architecture of the Mental Maths Arena.
• Algorithmic & Educational Sequences: The specific flow of cognitive challenges, gamified mathematical levels, storytelling elements, and the "Exercise-N-Play" pedagogy.
• Digital Assets: All source code, graphics, interactive dashboards, scoring logic, audio-visual elements, and text.

2. Strict Prohibitions (Zero-Tolerance Policy)

Any unauthorized commercial or non-commercial exploitation of this platform is a direct violation of international copyright laws. Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Mimicking or Cloning: Replicating the "Look and Feel" (Trade Dress), layout, or structural design of the EXERCISE-N-PLAY tool to create a competing or similar platform.
• Derivative Works: Adapting, translating, or reverse-engineering the games, challenges, or tracking systems to build alternative Abacus or Mental Math tools.
• Unauthorized Distribution: Screen-recording, capturing, scraping, or sharing the platform’s interface, logic, or proprietary training materials outside of the authorized AOA ecosystem.
• Bypassing Security: Attempting to circumvent access controls, licensing limits, or DRM (Digital Rights Management) technologies embedded in the platform.

3. Protection of Unique Expression

While mathematical concepts are universal, the specific gamified expression, sequence, interface layout, and psychological engagement model (The Mental Maths Arena concept) deployed in EXERCISE-N-PLAY are the highly original, copyrighted creations of the Abacus Olympic Association. Any attempt to replicate this exact method of delivery will be classified as intellectual property theft.

4. Legal Consequences of Infringement

The Abacus Olympic Association actively monitors its digital footprint. Any individual, coaching center, developer, or corporate entity found guilty of infringing upon these rights—whether by direct copying or structural mimicking—will face immediate legal action.

Consequences include, but are not limited to:

• Immediate, unnotified termination of all AOA licenses and center affiliations.
• Civil litigation seeking maximum statutory damages for financial loss and brand dilution.
• Criminal prosecution under applicable cyber laws and intellectual property statutes.
